printing
what is offset printing and letterpress?
offset, which is short for offset lithography. it is the process of using a blanket cylinder to transfer an image from the image carrier to the paper. the ink then dries flat on the surface of the paper. it is the most cost-efficient way of printing. letterpress is a traditional and exquisite form of printing using raised metal type to impress or indent images directly on the paper. |
